Our Child Safety Standards
EREA NSW Colleges is committed to embedding a culture where the safety, wellbeing, and participation of all children and young people under our care is paramount. Each school and every employee, volunteer and contractor, have legal and ethical obligations to respond swiftly when concerned about a student’s safety and our commitment means we will ensure that we meet these obligations rigorously.
EREA NSW Colleges has zero tolerance of child abuse. As identified by the NSW Office of the Children’s Guardian, we acknowledge that child abuse is an ongoing and prevalent issue for children and young people and hence we need to continually improve and strengthen how we protect students from harm through robust, accessible and clear policies and procedures.
